Terms of Agreement

By purchasing, you {CLIENT} agree to the following terms from the The Sustainable Creative Society® {COACH}:

1.0 Client agrees to:

A 5-week group coaching container starting December 15th, 2025 and running until January 30th, 2026.
CLIENT has lifetime access to all recordings of the live sessions.

2.0 Client agrees to the following payment terms:

The CLIENT agrees that COACH will automatically process payment.

3.0 Expectations

The service provided to the CLIENT is as per the program outlined above. All information provided by the CLIENT will be kept strictly confidential. The CLIENT enters into coaching with the understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.

The CLIENT agrees to the following:

1. CLIENT will be honest, authentic and participate fully. CLIENT will recognize that the group coaching sessions are a confidential way to look at what you really want, and what it will take to make it happen.

2. CLIENT will make a commitment to completing all of CLIENT's assignments and to the action plans CLIENT creates and do what CLIENT has agreed to do. CLIENT will have integrity. CLIENT will hold him/herself accountable and verbally ask for accountability from COACH.

3. Coaching and program fees are collected prior to beginning the coaching/facilitation program. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Due to the nature of the Program, CLIENT cannot receive a refund for the Program or any component event regardless of whether CLIENT attends the events or not.

4. CLIENT understands that that there is a zero tolerance policy for any prospecting within Coach community including but not limited to any live calls in the chat.

4.0 DATA PROTECTION AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. CLIENT acknowledges and agrees that CLIENT’s personal data will be

processed by and on behalf of COACH as part of COACH providing CLIENT with the Services.

2. COACH is the owner or the licensee of all Intellectual Property Rights and all other rights in the materials and content that COACH uses within the Sessions and nothing in this agreement or otherwise shall operate to transfer the ownership of the Intellectual Property Rights in such material or content to CLIENT or any other person.

3. CLIENT may not at any time copy, reproduce, publish in any form, share, sell, dispose of or otherwise, make available to a third party in any way of the content or materials that COACH uses in the Sessions unless it is explicitly stated otherwise that they are allowed to use and distribute specific content designated for their clients.

4. COACH grants to CLIENT a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use all of or any of the content or material used in the Sessions for the purposes for which the Sessions were provided only.

5. CLIENT may not without Coach prior written consent make any audio or visual recordings of all or any part of Sessions.

5.0 Disclaimers

(a) The Client acknowledges that Coach’s Services do not constitute counseling services and are not a substitute for professional counseling, financial advice, accounting services, or legal advice. Ignite does not guarantee financial success. All warranties, including implied warranties, are hereby disclaimed. The Client understands and acknowledges that the coaching process is dependent upon Client’s own ability to implement his/her choices and those choices are exclusively Client’s responsibility.

(b) The Client acknowledges that this Agreement does not establish an employee/employer or independent contractor or any other form of agency/agent relationship between the parties.

(c) The Client also acknowledges that Coach utilizes online platforms such as Telegram and Google Meets to administer its Services. The Client is responsible for ensuring that he/she has sufficient access to said platforms. Internet connection fees and computer hardware costs are the Client’s responsibility. In the event any online platform utilized by Coach ceases to be available, Coach will provide an alternative platform within a reasonable time thereafter. The unavailability of any specific platform shall not entitle the Client to a refund of, or discount on, any portion of the Fee.

(d) As a material inducement for The Sustainable Creative Society™ to provide the Services hereunder, the Client agrees that Coach shall in no event be liable for any loss, expense or damage for (i) loss of revenue, profits, business or goodwill. The Client expressly waives any right to seek and obtain direct, punitive, proximate, consequential, or incidental damages of any type or nature on account of the Client’s use of the Services.

6.0. Waiver

The failure of Coach to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of Coach’s right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.

7.0. Binding Effect

This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors. No assignment of this Agreement, in whole or in part, may be made by Client without the express written consent of Ignite. The Client acknowledges that he/she has had an opportunity to seek counsel from his/her legal representative regarding the meaning and import of this Agreement.

8.0. Severability and Survival

Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. Coach’s rights under this Agreement will survive the termination of this Agreement.

9.0. Removal From Program For Breaking Community Agreements

The COACH may remove a member from the community/program if they are distracting, disruptive, solicit other clients. The COACH protects the community first and foremost and follows the guidelines for the community strictly. The CLIENT will be removed immediately with no refund.

10.0 Statement of Agreement

The CLIENT’s registration for the Become Your Own CEO™ program by The Sustainable Creative Society™ indicates compliance with the above requests and understanding of the services provided. COACH is in full agreement with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
